These terms govern your use of Fitkura — a creator-commerce platform where creators share tracked links and earn commissions from partner brands. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Fitkura provides tracked links, deterministic attribution of sales, commission accounting, and payouts. Creators publish a public storefront and share links; brands connect their shop and pay commissions on attributed sales.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Creator accounts are self-serve; brand accounts are invite-only. Keep your login credentials safe — actions taken with your account are yours.
For creators
Fitkura is free for creators. Commissions accrue on attributed sales, mature after a hold window that absorbs refunds, and pay out via Stripe Connect. Payouts require identity verification and the tax details we are legally required to collect (DAC7).
For brands
Brands pay a monthly subscription plus an agreed take rate on attributed sales, invoiced with applicable VAT. Conversion data you send us must reflect real orders; refunds reverse the matching commissions.
Attribution and commissions
Attribution is deterministic: every conversion stores a decision trail showing which click won and why. Manipulating clicks, conversions, or attribution — including self-purchases and automated traffic — is prohibited and forfeits the affected commissions.
Your content
You keep the rights to the content you publish (profile, bio, links) and grant us a licence to display it as part of the service. Don't publish unlawful or misleading content, and follow the advertising-disclosure rules that apply to you.
Acceptable use
No fraud, no scraping of other users' data, no interfering with the service, no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity while we investigate.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time; commissions already earned and matured are still paid out. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Records we must keep by law (accounting, tax) are retained for their statutory periods.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in advance. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
